3rd Day in KL

3rd day in KL, did not shop much as we woke up close to noon, and went to KLCC to buy pineapple tarts, wanted to have A&W there but it closed down.. SAD... So we took a cab back to Sungei Wang to shop a while, Had Old Town Lunch again, our 2nd time having old town food.. hahah its nice... Shopped ard, but too tired, went back to hotel to sleep.. Daddy went to Chinatown to tapo dinner for us. heee.. and after dinner we watched inhouse movie, and then went down to Berjaya to take pics.. yeah.. its Christmas again.. I love the joy of giving..
Going home tomorrow.. can't wait.. fully recharged.. and ready for work.. heeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Day 2 in KL

Day 2 was simply relaxing, with waking up and having BF at Old Town White Coffee Cafe, and going to Low Yat Plaza for shop.. i simply love the IT stuff there, and never fail to buy anything from there everytime we had a chance to go there. After spendind about 2-3 hours there, we head back to hotel for a swim.. wah the hotel pool was great, BUT the water was tooooo chilling cold, it took me about 10 mins to soak my whole leg down, but i gave up.. it was simply too cold liao.. cannot take it.. haha.. After 1/2 hr of soaking in water, we went back to sleep.. and Lucas slept well, guess he did not sleep well at nite, therefore he is very tired..He woke up at about 6.30 and as we wanted to go Sungei Wang, it rained.. haiz.. so we stayed at Berjaya Shopping.. Nothing much, just did some stickers for my colleagues.. yeah..

First stop to have porridge.. a never missed dish on our every trip... it cost 23 ringgit for 2 bowl of porridge and 4 plates of fish.. haha

After porridge, we walk back to chinatown to continue our food exploration.. Next stop, we bought the fried Hokkien Mee / Claypot rice back to hotel for supper.. Then went to eat Ipoh Horfun... And finally we head back to hotel to drop off the food and head to Berjaya times sq to have some icecream before shopping..

Left home @ 5.30am, and head to West Coast Mac for quick BF. And we are on our way.. We arrive in KL Chinatown @ 10.30am... First we had our first cup of Longan Drink.. Lucas's Fave..
After the drink, we head for Brunch.. haha.. cos its too late for BF and too early for lunch.. anyway our fave stall again, Yong Tau Fu.. Yummy...

After brunch, its shopping time..After shopping we checked in to our hotel.. Berjaya Times SQ Hotel...

Time to rest and recharged for the nite shopping... Yeah...

Its been a tiring week for us. Been going to hospital almost everyday.. in fact 2.. haha.. work in hospital, and going ot SGH daily to visit my grandma.. Although the stroke is quite major, but its her will that pulled it thru. now just waiting for St Andrew to give me a space for rehab..Lately grandma been quite frustrated with her tube feeding and she has been giving the nurse problem.. hope she stops it, if not i worry they might put her on restrainer.. haiz.. Praying hard she will recover soon..

Lucas started his playgroup on 4 Jan 2010.. We did not managed to go on the first day, but found our from the nanny that he is quite independent in school, and is learning on toilet training.. Whatever he learn in school like the flash cards, he will go back and show it to the nanny... We managed to take some pics of him in school.. wow.. its soooo interesting.. and he loves going to school.. heee... cos everyday i will ask him, does he like to go to school? or do you like the teachers? what songs did you sing today Etc.. its sooo fun to hear him tell me all this..

Kids nowadays are sooooo fortunate, while in our times where got PG, we just attend K1/K2 thats all.. haha... well wat to do.. times are gonna be challenging soon...

Unagi with laksa fried rice, sambal sotong, onion egg, stirred fried cabbage.. yummy.. maybe gonna cook again, but then again,, its CNY coming, gonna make my fave butter cookies and love letters.. heee. gonna buy one love letter maker which i have been eyeing for.. yum yum... can;t wait.. its CNY.. and i love it.. except for the angbao part.. haha

Went to sungei Wang, but nothing much.. wanted to do my hair.. but did not managed to do it.. but then bought 2 pants / 1 sandals for Lucas.. heee... then went back to hotel to rest while daddy ran out to buy lunch for me.. heee.. daddy came back in 15 mins with 陈东集 wanton prawn hor fun.. its my fave.... we love it alot.. we are trying our luck again today at chinatown to check out the old stall if its still there.. wish me luck.. check out the photos here... Last Nite already, we made our way to chinatown agin for the last time.. heee... WE managed to find that wanton noodle guy, we almost wanted to give up after 2 days of waiting. but our wait was not in vain. he really showed up.. yummy.. its daddy's fave..ok for me only, cos anything can be eaten its fine with me.. AFter dinner, it rain a bit, we had to run in the rain, to tapo back 3 container of Longan drink for my family, his family.. bought some titbits for daddy's company.. and finally we came back to hotel.. did not managed to eat my chestnut, cos this time i felt a little heaty..dun wan to be sick when i go to a new workplace.. so i shall wait.. anyway i be back during Xmas week.. no worries.. We went to Times SQ to shop for the last time, went to see the indoor amusement park. indoor roller coaster.. lots of shoe shops.. good for the ladies..finally went back to the hotel to start packing.. REally gonna miss this place.. full of food..

Today we head down to Chinatown, but this time we stopping at Plaza Rahyat, another stop to chinatown. We had Chee Cheong Fun, and Fried Yong Tau Foo.. its terrific.. Headed back to hotel to rest a bit before going to Lot Yat to check out IT deals.. WE went to LOW YAT.. IT Mall, its fantastic.. i love everything and wan to buy... wow.. love the new mouse i bought for my lappy... keee... Bought 2 mouse for his sister as xmas pressies.. hee... going back there again tomolo to find out some more item.. A new jap restuarant opened and we went to try it. its nice and cheap.. yum yum..

KL - 25 Nov..

We reached KL after 3.5 hrs drive.. its really an experience, but we love it and def will come more often.. heee.. Check out some of our photos that i took while driving here.. we came out before sunrise.. and reach here about 9.30am... Check out the photos, that Lucas checking out every buttons, drawers that he can reached... To be continued.After resting in the room till late evening, we went out in search for food again.. This time round, we took a train to Masjid Jamek Station, At there we found the Pork Intestine Soup (猪炸汤）and Fried intestine porridge 猪炸粥 , which we did not manage to eat when we were here in Jan.. This time.. Finally we get to eat it. After having 2 dishes, we went to search for more food.. but to our dismay, the dumpling soup is not open today.. we shall try again tomolo.. But we managed to get Longan Drink, which lucas love alot... and the fried hokkien mee.. yum yum...... We packet the food back to hotel to eat.. and rest for the nite.. We realised that some of the shops are closed on Friday due to Hari Raya Haji.. hmm.. so we will be heading to Lo Yat shopping mall to check out IT deal.. This trip gonna be a relax and food trip, not more cheonging.. cos i come here often.. therefore, nothing much to buy.. definitely going back to the porridge shop to eat again.. the porridge is sooooo smooth.. yumm yummm.... Still thinking shall i go cut my hair, rebond again for the new year.. ahah can't wait.. good nite..

I wonder how many ppl still celebrate dating anniversary.. But we do keep this date in mind.. it is when we made our promise infront of the merlion, that we will stay true to each other and forever.. Quite a memorable nite i can say.. still remember we walk from suntec to there, and he presented the ring to me, and he put it one me... This year i specially made something for my dear in return... a special 7th year anniversary photo frame, with all our memorable photos. Had nice buffet dinner at this korean restuarant. At first we were shocked that they only have 3 different types meat served, but after seeing all the side dishes, and eating them, i understand why they only offered 3 different type of meat.. cos its too filling to eat the main after u tried the sides.. haha.. After dinner we also went to have some dessert, mango shaved ICE.. but we didn't realised that the shop also sell fermented beancurd.. wah we almost fainted when the dish came out.. really smelly...

Happy 2nd birthday to lucas on 11 oct 2009... remembering when he was just borned, a tiny little baby, to now.. a strong, chubby, cute, ahha handsome little boi. I think he inherit most of my genes in terms of personalities, but the looks from the daddy.. heeh. We just hope to give lucas the best of his childhood, and hope that he will grow up to be fine young man. He really enjoyed that day esp with lots of kids and balloons and friends to play with him. Me and Jeep, really appreciate those who came early to help out and stayed on the help us to clear the place..

Steamboat & Jiayi Surprised BDAY celebration

Organised a gathering for GV last sat. Went to market to buy fresh seafood for the steamboat, well, we spend about 80 bucks on the steamboat, and it was really satisfying. We also enjoyed. instead of using the normal chix stock for the soup base, we used the ZhuZha soup as the base, and it turns out quite nice.. After Steamboat, the kids played Wii, till wee hours of the nite. Keke Really enjoyed myself.. Most importantly we celebrated Jiayi birthday in advance.. Happy Birthday My dear.....

A Day @ East Coast @ YWL Sports Day

Went to East Coast last weekend with Daddy's company.. its their family cum sports day.. ahah I love it.. we all gather @ 9.30am @ EC Mac. Found a nice shelter where we had our games, We had Lotto, Frisbee and after that we had lunch @ Mac, and we check in to the chalet and had MJ, board games, cycling, and finally its BBQ.. Woah.. we really enjoyed ourself.. i guess lucas also enjoyed himself too.. Playing ball with every one..

Our feisty princess Charmaine has been diagnosed with neuroblastoma. She is currently in the 4th stage and fighting hard. We are greatly saddened that such a sweet and cheerful little girl has to undergo so much pain and suffering at such a young age.

Attended NUHS 1st Dinner and Dance.. about 190 tables, and with the MC - Gurmit Singh.. Not bad, food is still ok.. and my buddy soooo lucky to won the 2nd prize of 4days 3 nites stay in HKG for 2... envy leh... Well its ok.. check out the photos, we had lots of fun, deciding what to wear and then really spend money and time to doll up for the theme.. International Theme.. very nice..

Grandma fell down again

:( Grandma fell down again, 4th time this year. This time... its near the hips.... sianz.. She fell down on monday, and i only get to know it on sat... damn.. was angry with my uncle for not telling me.. and then i scolded my grandma too.. cos i wanted to bring her out for lunch on sat.. but due to this i cannot bring her out. Finally i brought her to A&E at SGH, wow very fast within 1 hour, every thing settled and i can leave at 8pm. While on the way to SGH, we passed by the Singapore Flyer, i ask my grandma, if she would like to go there. she said yes just like a little gal.. :) i told her, once she is well i will bring her there..

Recently, we bought Lucas a bowling set, as he like to play with balls, and the nanny says that he will take his bottles and put it nicely and then roll a ball towards it. Therefore we decided to get him a set. Its very cheap, only 4 bucks from giant.. On promotion leh.

Today, the nanny took a break, so me n dear became nanny to lucas.. haha.. So we decided to check out the new safra that open on 30 May. Esp the new swimming pool, wah.. its nice.. and we def will go there again.. At first, lucas was scared of the water, but after that he did not wan to leave the pool.. but then we felt that its getting too hot, and we decided to leave at about 1230pm..Wah.. got "2 fried PIG n a Fried Monkey" ahahh After that we had lunch @ Kushinbo again.. haha this time we had the "60 mins" lunch.. wah cheap.. def go again.. keke...

Finally my lappy is back from repair after sending in for the 3rd time, and they finally found out its the motherboard spoil and wifi card spoil. so they change it lor.. wats the cost.. 1.6k and lucky i bought the safety 5 warranty and everything is charged to BEST.. keke. Finally bought my mixer, though its a bit far from my dream mixer, but then this will do jsut fine, since it has 2 years waranty.. ahha

Today is the final day, and daddy is back,,. yipee.. today will be alone at home cos i be working at nite.. haha.. last nite was the worst nite, he couldn't sleep at all, then keep scratching his whole back.. haiz. i became the one scratching for him. in the end i was damn tired. that i fell asleep, i think was about 4am.. wah really panda leh.. went to had dinner with my best friend that had not met her.. haha collected some presents from her.. belated xmas, birthday.. ahha that shows how long we have not met.. keke.. so i said, we shall meet once every other month to keep each other update about our lifes.. Finally its half day gone, and another 1/2 day and i am off work.. then will be SAT and you are back.. really miss u alot.. 2 days ago, our car plate kenna knock down by one bus at nite, and lucky the guy was kind enuff to ask around whose car, and the person happens to know my dad.. sooo lucky, and we are fixing the car today.. keke

Today woke up as usual.. but then same thing had a rough nite.. tried to pat him to sleep but no luck after 2 hrs and i am sooo damn beat, so i sleep on my bed with him beside me.. i just put the bolster on the side of the bed and hope he dun fall down. haha.. but he did all rite.. i fell asleep and he did soo till 3am and cry again. I pat him to sleep, just when i fell asleep, then i realise that its time to wake up for work.. wah piang... daddy, are u coming home soon, we miss u.. i really think lucas miss u so he keep crying at nite leh.. worst then before.. Today whole body aching, i guess its the flu jab taking effect. sian.. i hope i have a good nite sleep.. daddy.. one more nite down...

Today after dropping lucas with daddy to send him to auntie there, i took bus to work.. First time take bus to work leh.. haha. Busy day at work, had Vaxigrip jab @ work.. damn i hate it, the nurse who took for me put in the needles then change hands... almost fainted.. ahhhhhh. Till now still having the numbness feeling..

Pick up lucas after work, he just had his hair cut.. haha.. looks more man now.. keke... Daddy, he look more handsome now rite? we really miss u alot... One more nite down and 4 nites more to go daddy, we can do it....

Today woke up at 9.30am, lucas was crying all nite long, not sure if he had nitemare.. well, its ok, i survived the nite, i had to bathe, and bathe him and feed him last nite.. haha.. it sure was a challenge.. 1 down and 6 to go.. we miss daddy.. rite now, i managed to make him sleep... hee.. he's getting more and more well behavior.. keke.. i had to do housework, wash clothing, bathe,, haha lots man,, but i managed to do it.. put him on the high chair and put all his toys there.. then he play for a while.. and then he got bored and cry.. ahhhh... lucky i mop fast enuff.. keke... then after that i made him his milk, and now he's asleep... later, gonna bring him out to reward him.. hee hee...

Today @ 5.45am daddy left for airport.. and after that i couldnot get to sleep. Was crying, as i know i will be helpless for 1 week and with a child in toll haiz. Despite that i had decided to bring lucas to attend my best buddy wedding. and sure it was a challenge.. i felt that i was not a good mum, cos i do not know what my son needs and what he wants.. i felt really bad..

Just an update of the day, went to church this morning to attend the wedding, Took MRT, and then change a cab there, as i do not know how to walk there. Arrived, and congrats Mak and send blessings from daddy. After the wedding, we had lunch there, and then went to make my hair, and also bought a new dress for the occasion.. haiz.. fat liao. no more nice clothing to wear.

The dinner was great at first, we went to the hotel room before heading to the restuarant. So glad that my buddy found her one and also married... now still waiting for one more buddy... so Yu when is ur turn....????

Daddy going overseas soon.. haiz... it seems like yesterday when he went to HKG for 2 weeks for work. i was missing him and almost everyday dropping tears.. haha.. today he told me that he is going to wuhan for work next sat.. i almost fainted... i felt very dependent on him, esp after having lucas.. its worst.. ahah.. depend on him on everything.. and now he going away for 1 week.. i dun know how can i survive one week alone with Lucas... haiz... Technology may be good, but then too good, that make us miss each other more.. haiz.. Before daddy went to china, we had dinner at Zhou kitchen, celebrating mothers day and my dad birthday in advance..
